Overview
We're a residential addiction and wellness center looking for a caring nurse to join our team. You'll provide basic medical care, manage medications, and support residents' health in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and keep accurate records
- Perform routine nursing tasks: vitals, basic wound care, first aid
- Arrange hospital visits and coordinate with doctors
- Monitor residents and respond to medical issues
- Maintain confidential health records and follow privacy rules
- Support health checks, vaccinations, and wellness education
- Work with psychologists, support workers, fitness staff, and holistic practitioners
- Participate in rounds, training, and quality checks

Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years in general nursing; experience in addiction/mental health is a plus
- Skills: Medication administration, basic lab procedures, wound care, triage

Fitness Instructor
Lead gym-based fitness and movement programs for holistic recovery
Overview
As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead and support clients in gym-based and movement-centric activities designed to enhance physical health, rehabilitation, and overall well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to integrate fitness with mental, emotional, and holistic health goals. This role requires strong communication skills in English, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and supervise safe gym-based workouts and movement sessions for individuals and small groups
- Assess clients' fitness levels, set personalised goals, and monitor progress
- Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment and ensure safe equipment handling and cleanliness
- Adapt exercise programs to accommodate medical, psychological, or lifestyle considerations within a residential setting
- Provide guidance on hydration and healthy lifestyle habits as part of overall wellness
- Deliver motivational coaching and uphold a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with privacy and center policies
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that respects individual differences and cultural backgrounds
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preferred Certification: Formal certification in fitness, sports science, personal training, S&C coaching, or a related field (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, Thai certifications)
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred; more is welcomed) in training and health using gym equipment in a high-standard setting
- Experience in rehab, wellness, or working with diverse populations is a plus
- Language: English speaking and written required
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
